We are currently looking for an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team, someone independent, a self-directed, multi-functional leader with exceptional experience troubleshooting and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Job Title: Experienced HVAC Service Technician
Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Additional pay benefits for on-call rotation & overtime
Pay Rate: up to $40.00 Per hour. We pay based on experience

Position Summary: To provide service and maintenance on residential and light commercial oil, propane, natural gas, air conditioning/heating systems, and boilers to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Pass background check & drug screen
- 5 years of HVAC experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Work well in teams and independently
- Good communication skills between dispatch and customers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, repairing, a wide range of residential and light commercial equipment
- Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas, oil, propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers
- Experience making repair and replace decisions
- Must be comfortable presenting and educating homeowners on systems and product
- Good understanding of all HVAC low voltage systems
- Proficient understanding in HVAC functional design and of ductwork modifications
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- Willing to learn and further education
- Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies
- Able to accept responsibility and leadership roles
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Possess basic hand tools
Desired Qualifications:
- Certificate from a HVAC Technical School
