Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the operation of mental health services in an institutional setting.
- Provide administrative and clinical coordination for comprehensive mental health care programs.
- Perform various professional services, including counseling, disease process education, and lab work ordering.
- Supervise and mentor other mental health staff members.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in psychology or a related clinical area with certification or license.
- Five years of clinical experience, including two years in a comparable position.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
