About the role:

As a Lead Doctor at Corrective Chiropractic you will run the show and lead by example - Remember, your team is always watching at all times. Are you the kind of person that likes to create strategy for growth?? Are you the kind of person that is coachable and follow a system very well?? Are you the kind of person that likes being out in the community building relationships?? If you said YES to all three then this is the job for you!

This full-time position will be responsible for:

• Be the Leader! This clinic will depend on a leader and someone who can grow, build, and manage a business. There are  many successful mentors ready to help you grow and that will want you to be the best version of yourself. Be ready to drink from a firehose of knowledge! Oh, and if you’re the type of person who works better with a crew around you, you’re in luck. We’ve got a slack channel called #doctors where a lot of this interaction goes down.

• Seeing our patients’ needs before they do. Client retention, renewals, upsells, and growth is the name of the game. And we win that game by serving up value even before our patients ask for it. You’ll develop strong relationships with each client supporting them in the journey with Corrective Chiropractic. We have a Client Journey we follow and this journey is something that has drastically helped every clinic's PVA (patient visit average).

• Be an Unbelievable Clinician. Are you training to become a better clinician? Do you want to go to chiropractic seminars to grow? Do you like asking for help on certain cases to be better? This role is responsible for the results of patients and making sure our patients are being managed correctly. Refer out when necessary and treat the patient as if it was your family member. 

• Generating REAL relationships.As you infiltrate the community and build partnerships the name of this game will be relationships. Build relationships with your community that turn from business relationships to life relationships. Support the people who will support you and learn how to be more of a giver.

• Creative problem solving skills and a bit of vision. 

• Zeal for working with an all-star team who prioritizes having fun, enjoying the quirkiness of our patients, and over delivering (because it’s the right thing to do).

• What can you expect if we hire you?

• First things first, from the time you apply to your first day on the job is usually 4 weeks (Not counting any notice you need to give to your previous employer)

• This position's starting income is $80,000 - 90,000/yr with opportunity to grow into different roles and career paths depending on your interests and capabilities. There is also an opportunity for a bonus structure to be put into place immediately. 

• We have a 90-day introductory period so you can get used to us and we can get used to you and make sure this is a good fit. Rest assured, during this time you will be paid and you will have every aspect to see everything in our business and what your responsibilities will be.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
