What are the responsibilities and job description for the INDUSTRIAL GAS DRIVER position at CORRIGAN ENTERPRISES, INC.?
Position Description: The primary function of the Commercial Industrial Gas Driver is to deliver propane and industrial gas products to customers. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Driver Manager.

Essential Job Functions:
Maintain log sheets / load manifests and all other vehicle documents, ensuring they are properly completed and balanced with truck counts before and after deliveries as well as truck maintenance and Lot Number gases.
Plan daily delivery route according to customer hours and delivery location.
Comply with all DOT and company policies; adhere to posted speed limits.
Collect check or cash payments when necessary.
First line of technical support to customers.
Ensure that customers have acknowledged all cylinders delivered are full and in working condition.
Load and unload trucks daily, according to their routes and gas requirements safely.
Able to operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
Fill propane cylinders as needed.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicle and maintain vehicle in clean and proper condition.
Stand/sit for several hours in a row.
Must be able to push/pull 200 lbs, bend / lift 60 lbs.
Good interpersonal skills and complete all deliveries in a professional manner.
Regular interaction with peers on-site, including face-to-face meetings and spontaneous conferences.
Able to handle high stress situations and frequent interruptions.
Able to proficiently use company provided technology.
Regular and reliable attendance and presence at work.
Follow company quality, safety and environmental guidelines as well as employee handbook policies.
Operate in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
Perform any duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications/Experience/Education:
Valid CDL class B license with Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brakes endorsements.
High school diploma and 3 years of truck driving experience.
Pass pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, Clearinghouse verification and 7-year criminal background check.
