Corrosion Control Resources in Waxahachie, TX is looking for one paint sandblast supervisor to join our 21 person strong team. Candidate must be familiar with supervising construction crews with experience in painting and sandblasting. They will be responsible for keeping jobs on track. Salary position, exempt, full time with quarterly bonus based upon performance.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers on work being done.
- Managing a crew of workers to complete project work.
- Ensuring daily targets of production are met or exceeded.
- Filling out reports and job documentation as needed.
- Making sure materials, equipment, and personnel are managed effectively.
- Keeping track of job expenses, ensuring jobs are profitable.
Qualifications
- Previous experience handling paint and sandblast work.
- Demonstrated experience running projects in the field and manufacturing environment.
- Must have and maintain clean background and driving record.
- Must pass annual and random drug screening.
- Will require travel up to 50%.
