Your Mission as Maintenance Operations Lead:

Empower our maintenance cohort, ensuring the seamless function of our fast-paced corrugating machinery and support infrastructures.

Key Tasks:

• Command a skilled maintenance crew with efficiency and foresight
• Engage in hiring, developing, and refining the skills of the maintenance unit
• Embed safety into the operational fabric, observing company and OSHA protocols
• Wise allocation and tracking of maintenance engagements
• Advocate for excellence through coaching and strategic improvements
• Bridge communications between maintenance leads and upper management
• Assume full maintenance leadership when required

Skills and Knowledge:

• Advanced technical certification or relevant degree
• Extensive leadership tenure, particularly in maintenance spheres
• In-depth understanding of corrugated manufacturing and PLC processes
• Proactive problem-solver invested in team growth
