Job Summary:
SCUF Gaming is seeking an Influencer Manager to join our marketing team. This role will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, product validation, and revenue through strategic partnerships with content creators, pro and gaming partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for gaming, a deep understanding of influencer marketing, and experience in managing deliverables to maximize KPIs. You will collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategy across multiple platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, X, Instagram, Discord) to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion.
- Optimize current roster to ensure monthly deliverables are met to maximize brand exposure, website traffic and overall engagement.
- Identify, develop and cultivate long-term relationships with influencers and agencies within FPS and Battle royale communities across multiple product categories.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to build influencer campaigns to support the release of NPIs, Game Releases, Partnership, Promotions and Holiday.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create paid media content that aligns with influencer campaigns and objectives.
- Manage influencer design releases and build GTM plans including product approval, content shoots, seeding kits and marketing content execution, ensuring seamless integration of evergreen content to continuously promote products.
- Increase monthly product seeding, product reviews and overall product validation.
- Manage contract negotiations (new and renewals), maintain influencer database and accounting requirements.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and game updates to inform marketing strategies and influencer collaborations.
- Analyze influencer performance: monitor and report on US Influencer program, providing insights and recommendations on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Using tools such as Google Analytics and Sideqik.
- Organize feedback sessions with players and creators to gather insights for product improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing within the gaming industry.
- Strong relationships with top-tier influencers, agencies, and a proven ability to build and maintain partnerships.
- Strong understanding of content creation, social media platforms, and influencer marketing strategies.
- Experience with GTM planning processes, including product launches and ongoing promotional strategies.
- Passionate gamer with a deep understanding of gaming culture and communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with influencers and internal teams.
