Return Operations Director

Job Summary
Corsair is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Sr. Manager Return Operations. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to manage returns, refurbishments, and recycling while minimizing costs and maximizing value recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive reverse logistics strategy that aligns with Corsair's overall supply chain and business objectives.
• Streamline reverse logistics processes to reduce turnaround times and improve cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze return trends, inventory levels, and performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of reverse logistics processes.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and vendors to ensure efficient returns processing and cost management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or reverse logistics, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
