Main Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect quality, adherence to specifications, and compliance with safety protocols.
- Proactively address issues, providing feedback and guidance to field staff.
- Oversee pre-punch processes to ensure seamless project closeout and client satisfaction.
Field Productivity & Manpower
- Monitor field productivity and resource utilization to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with project teams to allocate manpower effectively and meet project schedules.
- Review project schedules regularly and provide feedback for improvement.
- Support field staff training and professional development to enhance skills and performance.
Warranty Processes
- Oversee warranty processes, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of warranty claims.
- Track and document warranty performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or General Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
