Overview
CORT Furniture Rental is looking for a full-time, high energy, strategic sales professional in the San Antonio area who is a natural when it comes to connecting with people and is competitive in nature. The Residential Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining CORT’s business relationships in an assigned geographic region. Initial focus is centered around multi-family communities, and other residential verticals will include students, athletes, military, real estate, and more.
This is a full-time, outside sales position and could include driving up to 5 days / week.
Pay : $55,000 - $60,000 / per year plus commission.
Responsibilities
- Achieve market share growth by prospecting for new business via cold calling, networking, attending industry events / tradeshows and research within assigned market
- Sell new services to existing clients
- Leverage virtual tools and social media to engage prospects and existing clients
- Present Value Based Solutions to key decision makers both in person and virtually
- Plan and execute strategic marketing plans; show appreciation for clients in creative ways
- Maintain account accurate records in salesforce and work pipeline through full sales cycle
- Collaborate with sales management, inside sales, contact center, operations and commercial teams to ensure optimized revenue and customer service
