CORT Furniture Rental is hiring immediately for a full-time Customer Service Representative in Marietta, GA. This is an onsite position that will report to the office each day. The Customer Service Representative provides customer service and administrative support to CORT’s locations nationwide.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
- Hourly pay rate; weekly pay; paid training; 40 hours/week

- Resolve customer issues/requests via phone, email and support cases
- Process customer requests for furniture pickup
- Process daily transactions for billing and inventory accuracy
- Daily adjustment processing
- Managing and Processing Customer Credit Card Payments
- Pro-actively generate Customer buyout proposals
- Credit releasing of new accounts
- Support general and national collections teams
- 1 year Customer Service or Administrative Support experience
- Experience with Mircrosoft Office products, specifically including familiarity with excel
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
- Ability to multi-task
