We are seeking an Inventory Clerk for our Houma, LA facility. All work is performed in a climate controlled shop.
Job Summary:
Receives, stores and issues materials purchased or manufactured by CORTEC.
Essential job functions:
- Issues materials to work orders and documents traceability of materials issued.
- Receives in completed work orders into inventory.
- Conducts daily cycle counts to confirm inventory is stored in compliance with CORTEC’s quality manual and quantities are accurate.
- Loads and unloads shipments from company, customer and vendor vehicles using a forklift.
- Packages component customer orders to be free from damage and to document traceability.
- Operates a forklift and overhead crane.
Two years of previous Inventory experience is preferred, preferably in the Oil & Gas Industry. Must be detail oriented with good computer skills.
