We are seeking an IT Help Desk personnel for our Houma, LA facility.
Essential job functions:
- Monitor CORTEC Help Desk system; assign tickets to other IT staff as applicable.
- Support, install and configure printers/scanners/faxes.
- Assisting end users with resolving workstation issues, answering technical questions, or in any other technical aspect that might be requested.
- Create, remove or update Active Directory account information.
- Control and monitor user access to various databases, as well as all accounting, operations, management and quality assurance applications.
Education/Experience:
Minimum of a four year degree from an accredited college.

Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2019, Blackberry Cylance Protect, Proofpoint, Sonian Archiving, Avaya IP Office, Microsoft Exchange 2019, VMWare ESXi, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
