Job Overview:
As an Operations Administrator at Cortec, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations management team in order to ensure that all processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.
The Operations Administrator will track and manage all records, ensure company policies and procedures are followed, and provide superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track operations metrics and maintain databases
- Assist with team meetings, coordinate schedules, and maintain records
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Troubleshoot operational problems to ensure efficient processes
- Draft documents, memos, and emails as needed
- Prepare presentations and other operational documents
- Research new operational technologies and methods
- Ensure all paperwork is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with company policies
- Update and maintain operational systems and information in an organized manner

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in an operations position
- Knowledge of computers, software applications, and database management
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and attention to accuracy
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Thorough understanding of operations processes, policies, and procedures
