Cortek is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to provide a wide range of administrative support functions for the Office of Weapons of Mass Destruction Terrorism within the U.S. Department of State onsite in Washington, DC.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative assistance to leadership for organizing and completing Division and office-related projects and tasks.
- Assist Government staff in arranging domestic and international travel utilizing the E2 Travel System.
- Manage transportation and hotel reservations, arrange schedules of visits, notify organizations and officials to be visited, and arrange local accommodations.
- Assist in record-keeping compliance for contracts, grants, and interagency agreements.
- Assist in timekeeping for PSC and FTE employees.
- Maintain an office calendar of appointments, including scheduling appointments, events, conferences, travel, and leave schedules for leadership. This requires coordinating multiple schedules and knowing the supervisor's and staff's schedules, as well as previous commitments.
- Scheduling meetings, reserving conference and meeting rooms, issuing conference call numbers, sending our meeting invites, recording and transcribing meeting minutes, and other logistical support associated with setting up and conducting meetings.
- The appropriate delivery of mail and other correspondence
- Other tasks associated with Administrative support
