Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the collision repair facility, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee the scheduling and workflow of repairs, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, vendors, and customers.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Lead and develop a team of technicians, estimators, and support staff to maintain high-quality repair standards.
- Ensure the shop meets or exceeds customer expectations for service and quality.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in collision center management or auto body repair leadership.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, insurance claims, and estimating software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety requirements.
- Ability to build relationships with customers, insurance partners, and vendors.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
