This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base salary for this role. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus. Based on factors such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.

- Assist with case management, ensuring a smooth employee experience while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Collaborate with key teams such as payroll, legal, and the HR service center to ensure accurate and timely leave processing.
- Monitor and address timekeeping and pay discrepancies, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records in case tracking and time coding systems and other administrative tasks.
- Communicate with employees, vendor partners, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with leave policies.
- Generate and analyze reports to support compliance, planning, and process improvements.
- Assist with regulatory compliance by monitoring adherence to federal, state, and company policies related to leave administration.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in HR, benefits administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, leave administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with a willingness to learn HR systems such as ADP and Workday.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to effectively prioritize and carry out all duties and responsibilities with the utmost integrity and confidentiality and consistent with the highest ethical standards
