Required Skills and Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a two-year technical or associates degree in agriculture, manufacturing, operations, or a related field is preferred.
You must be willing and able to do the following with or without reasonable accommodation: climb and/or work in elevated areas, stand, and sit for extended periods, work outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions, lift up to fifty (50) lbs., and perform work that involves repetitive motion and lifting.
Good computer aptitude, including Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and willingness to learn other company-specific applications as required.
Possess good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
