Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Rushville, Indiana production facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering maintenance support for capital projects, maintaining the condition of the plant shop and maintenance tools, and ensuring the proper setup, calibration, operation, and preventative maintenance of equipment, machines, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities

- Support Plant Operations: You will provide technical expertise to support plant operations, including equipment maintenance, repair, and installation.
- Deliver Maintenance Support for Capital Projects: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver maintenance support for capital projects, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
- Maintain Condition of the Plant Shop and Maintenance Tools: You will maintain the condition of the plant shop and maintenance tools, ensuring they are in good working order and available for use.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this position.
- Two to Three Years' Experience in Industrial Maintenance: You must have two to three years' experience in industrial maintenance, electronics, agriculture, production, or a related field.
- Willingness to Work Rotating Shifts: You must be willing and able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends during seasonal peaks to support production demand.
- Valid US Driver's License: You must have a valid US driver's license to operate company vehicles.
- Good Written, Verbal, and Interpersonal Communication Skills: You must have good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
