Maintenance Technician Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team at Corteva Agriscience's Rushville, Indiana production facility. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company equipment, including electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control devices, and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure operation of company equipment, including electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control devices, and HVAC systems
• Perform electrical repairs, service, troubleshooting, and scheduled inspections of equipment
• Review and assist program leaders and teams with the electrical safety program to ensure adherence and compliance
• Adhere to all quality systems & safety procedures, including environmental regulations, OSHA, PSM, and Corteva's safety procedures in everyday work routine

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an electrician
• Working knowledge and ability to interpret the National Electric Code (NEC)
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive a company vehicle as needed
• Good computer aptitude and ability to learn company-specific applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
