What You’ll Do
- Respond to sales and customer inquiries by evaluating each contact through effective questioning, performing necessary research, and utilizing problem resolution skills to successfully resolve issues presented.
- Effectively support, communicate, and provide coaching on multiple business processes, including sales programs and sales systems to ensure effective support and problem resolution.
- Provide SeedWare training and support to dealers and District Sales Managers in the field.
- Respond to inquiries regarding account balances/statements/refunds.
- Process customer account adjustments (program credits, balance transfers), program exceptions, and special pricing adjustments/discounts.
- Provide administrative support for additional in-season programs and make necessary financial adjustments to customers’ accounts.
- Perform all activities in support of sales rep and dealer account administration throughout sales season.
- Collaborate and work professionally with immediate sales support team members and other Hoegemeyer personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- You are detail-oriented and highly motivated with the ability to achieve goals and objectives.
- You have a strong mathematical foundation, enjoy working with numbers and have the ability to apply this to real-world situations.
- You are experienced in Microsoft applications, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- You have a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) accurate information with diverse groups of people with the ability to analyze and solve problems remotely.
- You have solid basic accounting skills.
- You have strong interpersonal skills.
- You can comfortably manage conflicting priorities while acting in a professional manner and meeting deadlines.
- You have the confidence and ability to proactively address customer issues, business requirements, and identify areas for improving productivity.
- You have a valid US driver’s license so that you are able to drive on company business as needed.

- An associate degree in agriculture, business or accounting.
- Related customer service and/or agricultural experience.
