Job Description :
Participate actively in agile planning meetings, stand-ups and user story development and review. Interact with product owners, development, and other testers to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives. Ability to break down a large body of work into smaller inter-dependent components and analyze them independently. Should possess a view into how these smaller components come together. Ability to assess value and develop cases about the product strategy. Should be able to create high-level and detailed process flow documents and share with the teams. Should have the ability to break down any processes into unambiguous lifecycle paths clear. Should have the ability to apply new requirements into existing application landscape and identify changes. Ability to identify data that constitutes a part of the overall process. Collaborates with business and technology resources to define the product backlog and create, elaborate, vet and validate user stories. Ability to work in a dynamic and lean agile environment. As a part of the cross-functional scrum team, often plays multiple roles including (but not limited to) : Detailed system-level analysis User interviews & interface design Backlog execution User training Product testing Product support.
