General Purpose :
The IT Senior Business Systems Analyst performs requirements definition and documentation, working closely with the business teams and the IT team members.
Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions) :
- Owner of business requirements creation including problem statement, user story details, security requirements, performance expectations, integrations, and reporting needs.
- Align requirements to business process diagram (with Business Process Improvement team) and system diagram.
- Orchestrate clarifications with business teams on behalf of development team.
- Clearly document acceptance criteria, along with functional and non-functional requirements.
- Document UI / UX specs.
- Detail source / target data mapping.
- Lead FIT / GAP analysis and system comparisons.
- Support user acceptance testing and hyper care.
- Provide functional / application expertise within the assigned function including conducting in depth quality reviews on design and testing.
