Job Description:
· The Vendor Outsourcing Associate II will be responsible for supporting various activities and projects within the Vendor Outsourcing organization.
Main responsibilities:
Managing contract lifecycle for following types of contracts:
Primary Responsibility
· Clinical Consulting Agreements
· Confidentiality Agreements (CDAs)
· Secondary Responsibility/Back up Support:
· Letters of Authorization (LoAs) to authorize work with Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
· Other contracts as identified, as needed
Facilitate the contract management lifecycle from receipt of request to execution and maintenance of contract, including:
· Drafting and negotiation of contract terms
· Ensuring compliance with Client/Vendor Outsourcing process requirements
· Partnering with internal stakeholders, including business compliance, legal, finance and other internal stakeholders to ensure proper facilitation and execution of contract
· Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders by providing timely and high-quality contracts
· Timely and accurate tracking, management and filing of contracts within company systems

· Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
Candidate Education/Experience Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or higher
· Minimum 3 years Industry experience preferred
