SAP Solution Manager (Must have Pharma/Healthcare Industry exp)

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Must Skills:

Cloud ALM & SAP Implementation:

• Lead SAP Cloud ALM implementations for SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and related tools.
• Manage the full application lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of business processes and smooth cloud transitions.

SAP Basis Administration:

• Provide expert-level SAP Basis support, including system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting in cloud environments.
• Monitor SAP system performance, apply updates, and optimize systems for maximum efficiency.

Business Process Implementation:

• Design, implement, and optimize business processes aligned with Pharma and Healthcare industry needs within SAP.
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure workflows are efficient and regulatory compliant.

Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:

• Ensure FDA, GxP, and other industry regulations are followed throughout SAP implementation.
• Conduct compliance audits and work to resolve any issues related to system regulations.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and provide training and support to end-users.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and deliver updates on project status and timelines.

Experience:

• 10-15 years of experience in SAP Basis, Cloud ALM, and business process implementation.
• Proven experience in the Pharma or Healthcare industries (NOT Insurance) is required.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP Basis administration.
• Strong understanding of business process design, optimization, and automation within SAP.
• Knowledge of FDA, GxP, and other regulatory compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Basis, or related SAP certifications
