In this role, you'll take the lead in overseeing clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll support and guide a pod of Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Supervisors in making a real impact in a rapidly growing and innovative healthcare company.

Required Qualifications :
Master's degree in Human Services or a related field.
Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification.
Compensation & Benefits :
Base Salary (for 25 billable hours / week) : $81,600 - $102,100.
Salary Bonus (for 30 billable hours / week) : $94,800 - $115,300.
Bonus : $55 per additional billable hour, paid monthly.
PTO : 14 days during your first 12 months, increasing to 18 days after your first year, plus 8 paid holidays.
CEU Stipend : $2,000 annually.
