Part-Time Remote Counselor (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) – Join Our Multidisciplinary Team!

This part-time, remote role is perfect for a licensed therapist who values collaboration, professional growth, and making a meaningful impact. Work 3 to 5 evenings per week (within the window of 2–7 PM) with a team that supports holistic, strengths-based care.

What You'll Do :
Provide virtual counseling for children, parents, and families.
Use therapeutic approaches like CBT, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Apply neurobehavioral strategies to help families thrive.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure wraparound care.
Who You Are :
A licensed LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT in Massachusetts (or willing to get licensed before starting).
Passionate about mental health, neurodiversity, and family support.
A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Pay Range : $47.79 - $59.74 per hour (based on experience, skills, and location)
