We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team in Westlake Village, CA. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse group of professionals to provide comprehensive care to children with neurodevelopmental differences. Your responsibilities will include establishing occupational therapy treatment goals, consulting with multidisciplinary team members, providing individual and group therapy sessions, maintaining accurate patient records, and implementing play-based interventions to promote sensory processing and skill development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a master's degree in a related field, hold a current and unrestricted license and/or certification required to practice within your clinical domain, and obtain cross-state licensure in new states as indicated by the current business needs. You should also have excellent clinical skills, a passion for working with children, and experience using software and systems, including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.
