Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in occupational therapy, excellent clinical skills, and a passion for working with children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Treatment Planning: Establish occupational therapy treatment goals through dynamic and standardized assessment tools.
- Collaboration: Consult closely with multi-disciplinary team members to create collaborative treatment plans and integrative strategies.
- Therapy Sessions: Provide individual therapy sessions as well as group and/or co-treats with other disciplines as therapeutically appropriate.
- <> Maintain patient records, documentation, and appropriate billing in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policy.
- <> Provide play-based and goal-based interventions to promote sensory processing, regulation, and skill development in daily occupations.
Contribute to program development and implementation that considers all aspects of the child, inclusive of sensorimotor, cognitive, communicative, recreational, and social activities. - <> Educate patients, families, team members, and caregivers on home programs that complement treatment.
Requirements:
- A master's degree in occupational therapy or related field.
- A current and unrestricted license and/or certification required to practice within your clinical domain.
- Excellent clinical skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary setting.
- Flexibility and openness to learning.
- An appreciation for a wide range of therapeutic approaches.
- A passion for working with children.
- Strong software and system skills, including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $85,600 to $107,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
