What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Client Relations position at CortiCare?
Position Summary:
The Director (AVP), Client Relations is responsible for ensuring successful and long-lasting hospital relationships by developing positive relationships at multiple stakeholder levels and by acting as a conduit between the operations of CortiCare and its’ hospital clients. The Director (AVP) will be responsible for promoting solutions that deliver value to the client while expanding CortiCare’s presence. As a member of the senior leadership team, the Director (AVP) will work closely with Business Development, Operations, and Executive Leadership to support the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with operations during the customer implementation process
- Develop deep knowledge of the company and the EEG industry
- Develop strategic plans for successful relationships based on customer goals, needs, and business requirements
- Serve as the primary client-facing contact post-implementation and interact directly with stakeholders, maintaining the ongoing relationship
- Lead and management the customer relationship and client stratification process
- Identify and pursue areas of same-store growth and implement solutions
- Take the lead in managing ongoing problems with the client
- Working with the BD team, provide sales support by delivering presentations and providing key expertise to prospective hospital clients
- Evaluate how CortiCare services impact customer organizational workflows, safety, clinical quality, and financial goals
- Be proficient in articulating the benefits of CortiCare services
- Keep up to date with industry thinking, guidelines and requirements and provide feedback for enhancements and future market opportunities to gain competitive advantage.
- Develop excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Additional Responsibilities:
- Be present – develop professional relationships with key members of the internal team
- Attend appropriate trade shows
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, implementation, account management, or operations in a healthcare environment
- Proven track record of building relationships with and influencing customers at all levels
- Excellent time and project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to all audiences
- Skilled in problem analysis and resolution; sound decision-making capability with alignment to company goals, objectives, and values
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and have good driving record
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, implementation, account management, or operations in a healthcare environment
