Title: Medical Hardware Technician
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assess and document Computer requirements
- Document inbound and outbound hardware inventories
- Troubleshoot computer and medical hardware issues and building medical equipment to spec and repair equipment
- Repair and prepare laptops, tablets, monitors and other related items
- Asset management
- Conduct QA on incoming and outgoing Medical Equipment
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
- Load software and configure equipment for field usage
- Clean and prepare equipment for shipping and storage
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Respond to queries within service desk platform and Qliq
- Keep detailed maintenance log
- Work with end users to identify and deliver required PC service levels
- Receive and respond to incoming calls and or emails regarding PC and or Hardware problems
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved
- Occasional company paid expense domestic and international travel for Clinical Trial to Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software
- If necessary, Liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors
Additional Responsibilities: (To be instructed by IT Director and Management)
- Assist on TeamViewer. User creation, modify, and delete user
- Assist on CC Log System. User creation, modify, and delete user
- Assist on SecureLink Active Directory. User creation, modify, and delete user
- Assist on Cloud Infrastructure Servers and databases
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mechanical repairs and bench test equipment
- Create and maintain CortiCare asset inventory and moving items
