Position: Ambulatory Disconnect Technician
Description
We are a cutting-edge telemedicine services company specializing in providing remote patient monitoring services 24/7/365. We are setting the standard in the field of neuro-telemetry and we need people to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking to hire team-oriented, self-motivated individuals who are excited to grow with us.
The Ambulatory Disconnect Technician must be comfortable with going into patients’ homes and performing electrode repairs, equipment troubleshooting and disconnects. You must demonstrate effective written and communication skills along with the ability to follow directions. No experience is required, we provide training for this role. You also must possess a valid driver’s license, exceptional technical and interpersonal skills, show extreme attention to detail and provide excellent patient service to clients and CortiCare staff.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Driving to and from patients’ homes to disconnect EEG, complete electrode repairs and troubleshoot equipment
- Meticulous data entry and reconciliation skills per CortiCare established protocols
- Uploads the ambulatory EEG study and attaching the event log onto Company servers
- Removes, cleans and creates inventory of EEG recording devices from patient during the disconnect time
Job Requirements:
- No EEG monitoring experience is required, we provide training for this role

Physical Requirements
- Lifting as many as two cases, in and out of your vehicle from the testing site; An average case weighs less than 30 pounds
- Ability to drive up to 6 hours in a day, as necessary

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
