Cortina Solutions is seeking a Communications and Outreach Project Manager to support a government customer in Albuquerque, NM.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Job Duties:
- Identifies, collects, organizes and manages organizational knowledge in support of business units
- Provide support in the development, maintenance and currency of website content
- Develop, design, and maintain SharePoint sites and other document libraries for internal use and distribution of unclassified data on controlled unclassified information (CUI) sites in accordance with policy.
- Review sites for functionality and orphaned hyperlinks or content pathways on both external and internal systems.
- Integrate acquisition and functional support program data for accessibility by internal workforce and external staff
- Enhances and makes sure that new knowledge is applied in the organization’s systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as in Marketing or Communications within the DoD industry
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office and Adobe products
- Proficiency in knowledge management platforms (e.g., SharePoint) and content management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather, curate, and distribute organizational knowledge
- Active Top Secret Security clearance
