We are looking for an experienced Campus Registrar to join our team!

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively manage physical academic files for students and managing student information within the student database.
- Ensure that student’s grades and attendance are entered into the student database within a reasonable time required by the institution.
- Coordinate with the school admissions department on new student enrollments.
- Assist with gathering required new student documents required for them to be eligible for entry into school and for the receipt of financial aid funding.
- Monitor attendance rates for students, working in coordination with instructors.
- Assist with academic counseling for students. Inform students of their level of satisfactory academic progress; process student midpoints.
- Process requests for approved Leave of Absences, student enrollment verification letters, transcripts requests, and other required Office of the Registrar and Student Servicing activities.
- Process student’s eligible for graduation in a timely manner; perform student program completion audit ensuring student is eligible for graduation, making sure all student grades and attendance hours are up to date and meet minimum standards required for graduation.
- Participate in weekly faculty meetings; provide updates to instructors and Campus Director of any student code of conduct violations, unsatisfactory academic progress, and students who are not meeting attendance requirements.
- Assist with Student Accounts and Billings activities, such as follow up with currently enrolled students who are on payments plans, student collections, etc.
- Attend periodic training directed at the campus registrars in the areas of academic records management, student counseling, student retention techniques and methods, student midpoint processing, and graduate clearance and licensure eligibility.
- Ensures 100% compliance with all US Department of Education, state and federal regulations.
- Recommend areas of improvement as needed.
- Complete other assigned duties, as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must possess high levels of organizational and customer service skills. Must be of the highest level of integrity to ensure compliance with all governmental regulations.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Displays professionalism, problem solving, positive attitude, customer focused.
- Exhibits a strong regard for organizing and prioritizing, as well as an ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and customer service oriented.
- Can function in a variety of situations and under pressure.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- 2 years minimum experience is required.
