Job Overview
As a Graphic Designer / Desktop Publisher, you will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality digital assets and printed materials. You will work closely with our Investment Management and Communication teams to develop investor presentations, quarterly reports, newsletters, social media graphics, and other communication materials in alignment with Cortland’s brand guidelines.
Roles You Will Play
- Produce original graphic designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or other design software.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and photographs to ensure high-quality visuals.
- Develop custom graphics, charts, infographics, and illustrations to support communication strategies.
- Review and edit content to ensure accuracy.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality outputs.
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and digital assets for future use.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with brand standards and project requirements.
- Work closely with Investment Management, Communications, and Creative team members to understand project objectives and timelines.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine and finalize designs.
- Assist in developing visual elements for websites, social media, and digital platforms.
