NOTICE OF JOB VACANCY
Job Title: Park Attendant – Temporary (5 positions)
The incumbent is responsible for performing routine manual work in the maintenance of the park and recreation facilities. The work is performed under the general supervision of a higher level supervisor. Does related work as required.
Work Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, no benefits
Salary: $16.50/hr.
Location: Cortland County Highway Department
Status: Labor, Temporary
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: None
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:
· Possession of a valid New York State driver's license appropriate to the vehicles operated. Failure to maintain a NYS driver’s license including driving privileges throughout employment will result in disciplinary action or dismissal.
· Candidates must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for appointment.
Pre-employment screenings required.
