Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligibility for licensure is required.
- Other certifications such as CPR, DEA, and nitrous oxide certification (as required).
