Participate in morning huddles and demonstrate appreciation for peers
Enjoy working with children, who make up the majority of our patient base
Responsibilities :
Provide quality customer service to patients and parents at check-in and check-out
Ensure a clean and tidy waiting and front desk area
Verify patient insurance eligibility and service limits
Coordinate with Clinical Team Leader and Doctors for same-day care opportunities
Schedule follow-up appointments and confirm patients' treatment needs
Perform outbound calls to confirm and reschedule appointments
Adhere to all government regulations and company standards
Verify, inform, and collect patient out-of-pocket balances
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Office experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with children's dentistry
