Your Responsibilities:
As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for delivering dental services to patients with the support of your team. Our practice features advanced technology, including DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. You will work closely with hygienists, assistants, and other providers to ensure seamless patient care.
The Benefits:
You can expect a guaranteed base pay in excess of $200,000, with uncapped earning potential. A sign-on bonus of up to $50,000 is also available. Additionally, you will receive student loan repayment assistance, no lab fees, and participation in medical/dental/vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA, short-term disability/long-term disability, and basic life insurance plans. Continuing education reimbursements and CE offered through the ADA Accredited Continued Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P) are also provided.
