As a Part Time Associate Dentist at Cortland Dental & Braces, you will be responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of your team. You will work collaboratively with hygienists, assistants, and other dentists to ensure patient satisfaction and maintain a positive office environment. This position offers opportunities for professional growth and development through mentoring and collaboration.
Responsibilities
Associate Dentists are responsible for providing dental services to patients, including conducting exams, performing procedures, and educating patients on oral health. Our practice has a range of modern equipment, including DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. We also prioritize patient comfort and safety, with a ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation, a current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care, and other certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA. Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults are essential qualities for this position.
