In this role, you will work alongside a dedicated team to provide comprehensive dental care to children and adults. Our practice features cutting-edge technology, including DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces. We prioritize ongoing education and training, with opportunities for continuing education and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing dental services to patients, primarily children, with the support of your team. We have a patient base comprising primarily children aged 3-21, with up to 30% adult population depending on location. Our office flow includes average 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients per day. You will participate in morning huddles, plan your day, and engage with your team to promote collaboration and customer focus.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, candidates should hold a DDS/DMD degree from a Commission on Dental Accreditation-accredited program, be licensed to practice dentistry in states where providing care or be eligible for licensure, and have relevant certifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide certification (in certain states). A strong desire to provide compassionate care to both children and adults is essential.
