Job Overview
The Manager of Talent Management will focus on the execution of talent development, performance management, succession planning, and career growth initiatives. This role is responsible for supporting the implementing programs that enhance employee engagement, strengthen leadership pipelines, and drive high-performance cultures. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for executing talent initiatives that support business objectives.
Roles You Will Play
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
- Leadership Development: Partner with key stakeholders and training to execute leadership development programs that support emerging and senior leaders.
- Succession Planning: Support the Implementation of succession planning processes to identify and develop high-potential employees, ensuring a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Career Development: Support the administration of frameworks and tools that support career growth, employee development, and internal mobility.
- Employee Engagement: Guide initiatives to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Training & Development: Work with Learning & Development teams to implement impactful training programs.
- Talent Review & Calibration: Support talent review calibration sessions to ensure objective and strategic talent discussions.
- Individual Development Plans: Oversee the execution of individual development plans for employees at all levels.
- Metrics & Analytics: Provide support with utilizing data and key performance indicators to assess talent management effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of experience in talent management, performance management, or organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks, leadership development programs, and employee engagement strategies.
- Proven ability to execute talent initiatives that drive business results.
- Experience with HR technology and talent management systems.
- Nice to Have: Experience with talent management tools such as Talent Quest or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and make strategic recommendations.
