Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen and Bathroom Designer who is proficient in 2020 Design software to join our team at Cortona Design Showroom. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating detailed kitchen and bathroom designs using 2020 Design software.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create detailed project specifications, material lists, and cost estimates
- Presentation of design concepts and material selections to clients
- Collaboration with contractors, architects, and vendors
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience with 2020 Design software
- ~3 years of Kitchen & Bath Design and Cabinetry design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful kitchen and bathroom projects
- Excellent understanding of construction methods and building codes
- Strong space planning, interior design, and attention to detail and creativity skills
- Knowledge of current design trends and product specifications
Preferred Software Skills
Proficiency in the following software is desirable:
- AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- SketchUp
- Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop)
- Rendering software experience
- CRM software experience
- Project management software experience
