Travel to their Laurel Office may be required.

Your Role

As an Orthodontic Receptionist, you'll play a pivotal role in creating positive patient experiences and driving our practice's success. Responsibilities include :

Welcome patients as main point of contact when they arrive at the practice

Respond promptly to incoming calls in a professional and enthusiastic manner

Manage patient communication services such as office phone, email, text, and website communication

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and report

Scheduling, patient appointments, managing patient accounts, inputting new patients into the computer system

Other administrative support as required

About You

Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist role preferred

Ability to be respectful of others and act with discretion at all times

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and familiarity with office management software for scheduling and billing

Proficiency in typing and keyboarding skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent social and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize tasks

Self-motivated and reliable
