We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about patient care and making people smile! You should bring:

- Strong Communication Skills to connect with patients, families, and the team
- Experience in a Dental or Customer Service Setting (preferred but not required, training is provided)

As a Patient Concierge, you’ll play a key role in providing an exceptional patient experience. Your responsibilities include:
- Being the first contact for Patients, setting the tone for their experience
- Greeting Patients on the phone with a vibrant and friendly attitude
- Explaining the Patient Consultation process to patients and making them feel at ease
- Managing information with Patients
- Uploading and Maintaining Patient Information to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining and creating reports focused on new patient parameters
- Maintaining a Positive, Organized Environment with patients and co-workers
- Building Relationships with patients to make them feel valued and comfortable
