Engage Orthodontics is looking for an enthusiastic Smile Capture Coordinator to join our thriving practice in Appleton, WI.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about patient care and making people smile! You should bring:
- Positive Energy and Enthusiasm that makes every patient feel welcomed
- Strong Communication Skills to connect with patients, families, and the team
- Experience in a Dental or Medical Setting (preferred but not required—training is provided)
- Organizational Skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
- A Team Player with a collaborative, goal-oriented mindset
As a Smile Capture Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in providing an exceptional patient experience. Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting Patients at reception with a warm and friendly attitude
- Explaining the Records Process to patients and making them feel at ease
- Taking PAN, CEPH, Photos, and Scans to document patient progress
- Uploading and Maintaining Orthodontic Records to ensure smooth operations
- Assisting the Clinical Team with various tasks while ensuring patient comfort
- Maintaining a Positive, Organized Environment in the records room
- Building Relationships with patients to make them feel valued and comfortable
