What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcome New Smiles: Be the first friendly face new patients see, guiding them through their orthodontic journey from start to finish. Help them feel at ease and excited about their treatment!
- Personalized Treatment Plans: Collaborate with patients to create custom treatment plans that match their needs and goals, all while explaining their options with clarity and care.
- Patient Education: Use engaging tools like videos and presentations to help patients fully understand their treatment and how it’ll bring their dream smile to life.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside our talented orthodontic team, helping to ensure smooth transitions between treatment stages and keeping everyone in the loop.
- Financial Coordination: Develop financial plans that make orthodontic care accessible for every patient, and assist them with insurance and payment options.
- Performance Tracking: Stay on top of key performance metrics, contributing to the team’s growth and success by constantly improving the patient experience.

- Location: 2001 Matthias St., Appleton, WI 54915 – where smiles come to life!
- Work Schedule: Monday to Wednesday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday mornings, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Experience: 1 years in a dental or orthodontic office is a plus – we love experience, but we’re more interested in your passion for making an impact.
- Sales Experience: If you’ve got a background in sales, that’s a bonus! Your ability to guide patients through the treatment decision process will be key.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and an ability to learn new software quickly.
- Knowledge of Orthodontic Care: Familiarity with treatment plans, insurance requirements, and dental assisting is helpful, but we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.
