In this vital role, you'll support the practice by guiding people through their orthodontic journey while contributing to our practice's growth and success.
We are seeking someone to cover a parental leave for approximately 18 months, with the potential for continued employment for the right candidate!

Your Impact as Certified Level II Dental Assistant
In this role, you'll be instrumental in creating positive patient experiences and driving practice growth. Key responsibilities include:
Managing the patient experience through exceptional customer service skills
Take intra-oral records and radiographs.
Provide exceptional assisting skills to our clinical team.
Perform Invisalign scans.
Sterilization of instruments by adhering to the RCDSO infection control protocols
Provide oral health education to our patients and families.
Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
Successfully completed a Level 2 Dental Assistant Certificate.
MUST have your NDAEB board exams written and must possess active status
HARP certification.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; proficiency with orthodontic management software systems is an asset.
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
Strong conflict resolution, problem solving and decision-making skills.
