Amherst Orthodontics is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our well-established practice in Amherst, NH

Position Summary:The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, willing to learn, detail-oriented and energetic. This person should be able to multi-task and is a team player. The ideal Scheduling Coordinator is warm and polished and is able to communicate well over email and telephone. Excellent customer service skills required.

What you will be doing - key responsibilities:
Answering a multi-line phone system
Returning voicemails in a timely manner
Checking patients in and scheduling appointments
Posting payments
Sending out and receiving correspondence in a timely manner
Patients follow ups
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Doctor and Practice Manager.
Schedule:
9 hour shift
4 Day work week
No evenings or weekends
