Your Impact as Treatment Coordinator In this role, you'll be instrumental in creating positive patient experiences and driving practice growth. Key responsibilities include: Creating Exceptional First Impressions – Welcome new patients with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for their orthodontic journey. Patient Education and Treatment Planning – Work alongside the orthodontist to present treatment options, utilizing educational tools to help patients understand their care journey. Building Patient Relationships – Review health histories, understand treatment goals, and serve as a trusted liaison between patients, doctors, and referring dentists. Practice Growth – Follow up with potential patients, track conversion metrics, and contribute to practice development. Professional Communication – Generate correspondence for referring dentists and maintain detailed patient records.
